Pixel!EDIT is a comprehensive image editing program that enables users tomanipulate multiple images and image types within multiple windowsettings. Photo retouching is easily accomplished using Pixel!EDIT'scomprehensive set of tools, including lasso, magic wand, blurring,sharpening, clones, spray can, smudger, brushes, and more. It allows textinsertion and lets users rotate, scale, flip, and mirror line art,grayscale, and true color images.Pixel!EDIT also includes a suite of image processing algorithms for moredemanding manipulation such as sharpening, smoothing, edge detection,shadowing, histogram modification, and image conversion from color orgrayscale to dithered patterns. It lets users interactively adjust a pop-up user interface (as do all Mentalix's image management programs,including Pixel!SCAN, Pixel!VIEW, Pixel!OCR, and Pixel!PRINT.)
